1. Services Provided

MD Pool Rescue provides professional pool and spa services, including maintenance, cleaning, equipment repair, upgrades, and water chemistry analysis. All services are performed by certified professionals and tailored to meet individual customer needs.

2. Service Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We do our best to arrive within the agreed-upon time frame. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24 hours’ notice.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Monthly service plans are billed in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.

5. Safety & Property Access

Our technicians prioritize safety. Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to pool equipment and service areas. Gates will be closed securely after each visit.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide safe and effective service, MD Pool Rescue is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty equipment, or acts beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages).
